Justin did a great job of explaining the process, product capabilities, care after the application and applicable state laws. We had all glass including the moon roof treated. We dropped the vehicle off at 9:00 AM and had it back by 4:00 PM same day. The work was very well done. We’ve not seen one flaw. It looks like the vehicle came from the factory fully tinted.

We chose Direct Auto because of the kindness and knowledge they shared when we called for window tinting. We made an appt on Sat 7/28 at 2:30 for the job to be done. We were told that it would be done at 5:30 and it was done at 5:30. Everyone we dealt with or spoke to was very friendly. The tint looks great and has a lifetime warranty. Their customer service area is very nice if you have to wait. I suggest this business 1000% they are awesome.
